Who Is Theresa Batiller?
Becoming a new franchise owner is certainly an impressive accomplishment, but Theresa is no stranger to success.
Having earned a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA with New York University, she currently serves as the Digital Strategy Manager for a Fortune 50 company. Among other duties, Theresa has been responsible for shepherding the company through an organization-wide cultural shift and digital transformation. She is also involved in supply-chain logistics and is APICS Certified.
Theresa lives in San Diego, California, with her husband Jonathan and their children, ages 10 and 15.
Why Did Theresa Make a Career Change?
Despite being very successful in her current job, Theresa has found it challenging to advance her career. The only opportunities for professional growth the organization offers are based in New Jersey – nearly 3,000 miles away from her family’s home.
But her interest in becoming a franchise owner was not only about advancement opportunities, Theresa was also eager to secure additional revenue streams that could help provide long-term support for the couple’s growing children.
