Tim is the Founder and CEO of FranCoach, a company he launched over a decade ago. What started as a one man show from his kitchen table, has turned into a full-service franchise consulting firm.
FranCoach has helped hundreds of clients make the transition into franchise ownership by taking an educational approach that focuses on what is best for their client, rather than themselves.
In addition to working with clients and building a team of highly trained coaches, Tim has created an entire Media Division of FranCoach. This started with the creation of the Franchising 101 Podcast. Launched in late 2020, the Franchising 101 Podcast is one of the most listened to and referenced podcast in the franchising industry.
The Media Division grew in 2024 with the launch of the industry’s first and only nationally syndicated television show, The Franchising 360 Show. Tim co-hosts this show alongside Danielle Wright who is the President of FranCoach, Founder of Create a Shift, and Tim’s wife.

Personally, Tim is a husband, a father of 2, stepfather of 2, and dog dad of 1. Tim and Danielle’s life outside of franchising involves a healthy dose of travel, golf, and dog walking.
