Who Is Kevin Woodard?
Kevin is a bit uncommon in that he has already worked with the FranCoach team in the past. In 2019, Kevin became a franchise owner of System 4, a facilities service management company. Having achieved quite a bit of success with his System 4 franchise, Kevin was ready to explore additional options and add a new business to his portfolio.
Kevin currently lives in Wolverine Lake, Michigan, with his wife and the couple’s children.
Why Did Kevin Woodard Make a Career Change?
Kevin initially reached out to FranCoach several years ago.
At the time, he had accumulated decades of experience in an array of industries, ranging from digital marketing to insurance sales to software development. But none of these roles had proved as lucrative or rewarding as he had hoped.
Kevin wanted to generate more income and enjoy greater satisfaction from his work, but he also wanted the same things most FranCoach clients want – namely, more freedom, flexibility, and control. And like many other FranCoach clients, Kevin also wanted to build a legacy that he could pass on to his family.

Among other things, the organization prides itself in employing expert service technicians, providing upfront pricing, and not charging overtime fees.
Kevin was already familiar with both Aire Serv and the Neighborly family thanks to his work with System 4. He was very impressed by the infrastructure and support Aire Serv provides to its franchisees and loved that it was a need-based business model – you don’t have to convince customers that they need HVAC services.
But Kevin was also in a position to benefit from a unique synergy. While both his System 4 and Aire Serv businesses are full-fledged operations in their own right, they would likely attract some of the same customers. This gives him the ability to refer clients from one business to the other.
