Building Something Together: Husband and Wife Team Open Wed Society Orlando

Thomas and Mindy MacPherson, a husband-and-wife team from Lakeland, Florida, set out to build a business they could own and run together.
After 22 years building and leading mission-critical data center operations, Thomas unexpectedly lost his position following a private equity acquisition — a turning point that led the couple to reconsider what they wanted out of their careers. Mindy, who currently works at Publix Corporate, brought her own passion for relationship-building and customer service to the search.
