Texas Family to Open Senior Helpers Franchise

Ray Griggs had always wanted to become a business owner. The thought of building something for himself and his family was very attractive, but the trick was finding the best franchise that fit his goals, lifestyle, and skill set.
Educated as an engineer with a long, award-winning corporate career in health and safety, Ray was used to finding a way to make things better and safer. Away from work, Ray and his wife have routinely taken time out of their lives to help others both locally and internationally. This includes the multiple times the Griggs’ traveled to Central America to perform missionary work.
Choosing the Right Franchise
The combination of Ray’s corporate experience and his family’s passion for helping and making a difference in the community made the search for the best franchise very easy. After several weeks working through the FranCoach process, it became clear for Ray that Senior Helpers was the right fit.

After getting almost to the end of the Discovery Process, Ray then spent a few months finalizing an out of state corporate project. Ray immediately headed to Discovery Day when the project was complete. Once Ray and the Senior Helpers team me in person, the match was mutually complete.
Ray is finalizing his training with the goal of launching their full service, in-home senior care franchise later this spring. Congrats to Ray, his entire family, and Senior Helpers on this fantastic partnership!
