A Family’s New Chapter: Jonathan & Francie Swetnam Open Senior Helpers Near Cincinnati
on
Jonathan and Francie Swetnam were ready for a new phase of life — one where building and teaching felt more fulfilling than another corporate role. Jonathan, an Air Force veteran, most recently served as a Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations, while Francie built her career as a registered nurse. Together they wanted more control and flexibility for their family’s future.
The search began with Jonathan looking for a franchise for himself, working alongside FranCoach coach Tracey Shipley-Hoots. But along the way, something unexpected happened: Francie felt just as aligned with Senior Helpers and decided she wanted to leave corporate America too. The mission-driven model turned out to be a stellar fit for both of them, financially and personally. The Swetnams are opening their Senior Helpers territory in Hamilton, Ohio, a Cincinnati suburb.
“I am thrilled to have been a part of this process and could actually feel their energy shift when they found their perfect fit franchise,” said Tracey Shipley-Hoots, the Swetnams’ FranCoach coach. “I have no doubt they will be successful and happy!”
What started as a search for one has turned into a true family business, and Tracey isn’t ruling out further growth — she can already see the Swetnams expanding into another territory in the months ahead. FranCoach is proud to have helped this family find a shared mission worth building around.
