A Procurement Professional Secures a New Franchise
onWe are excited to announce the newest owner of Senior Helpers: Ryan “Bo” Bradshaw.
Eager to break free of the corporate grind, Bo was looking for a meaningful new career that would allow him to spend his time helping the people in his community. We think he picked a perfect franchise for this goal and are sure he’ll succeed in this new endeavor!
Who Is Bo Bradshaw?
An educated guy, Bo has both a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from UT Austin and an MBA from Capella University. He has also earned a Six Sigma Green Belt Project Leader Certification, which demonstrates his considerable leadership and management skills. He currently serves as the VP of North American procurement at Drax.
Bo currently lives in the suburbs of Houston, Texas, with his husband, Rasheek.
Why Did Bo Bradshaw Start Considering a Career Change?
Bo and Rasheek are both very values-driven people, who truly want the opportunity to affect change. They wanted to operate a business that will be a positive force in people’s lives and help make the world a better place.
Additionally, Bo was concerned that he was hitting his head on the metaphorical ceiling at his current job. The opportunities for advancement simply didn’t present the kinds of benefits and compensation necessary to justify the additional work, stress, and time he’d have to invest.
He decided that he wanted the kind of freedom, flexibility, and control you can enjoy as a franchise owner, so he reached out to the FranCoach team.

Why Will Bo Bradshaw Make a Great Franchise Owner?
Bo has all of the traits a franchise owner needs to succeed. He’s intelligent, educated, hardworking, and – perhaps most importantly – he has a heart of pure gold. He not only cares about his friends and family, but also the people he works with and the clients he serves.
As FranCoach franchise coach Graham Chapman explains, “He’s thrived in a corporate setting because he’s smart, thorough, and diligent — all traits that will also fuel him as a business owner. However, he’ll THRIVE as an entrepreneur because he’s an excellent human being with a big heart.”
But beyond his intellect, skills, and big heart, Bo is simply easy to like, which is a trait that’s always helpful for new franchise owners, who need to build a team.
Graham certainly enjoyed working with him, explaining that “Man, I love Bo, and I’m confident the team he attracts and the clients he serves with Senior Helpers will feel the same.”
Why Did Bo Bradshaw Choose Senior Helpers?
Bo already had some interest in senior care when he first began working with the FranCoach team, but he remained open minded and considered a variety of different franchise opportunities. However, as the process unfolded, it became clear that Senior Helpers was the perfect fit.
The nation’s premier provider of in-home senior care, Senior Helpers currently has more than 300 locations in the U.S, as well as additional locations in Canada and Australia. Senior Helpers provides a variety of in-home care services, ranging from chronic disease care to simple companionship for active seniors who need assistance with daily activities.
But Senior Helpers is dedicated to providing more than just top-notch care; the organization believes in establishing true connections between their caregivers and the seniors they serve. This kind of ethos will mesh perfectly with Bo’s desire to help improve lives and make a real impact.
Please join our team at FranCoach in congratulating Bo Bradshaw and wishing him luck as a new owner of Senior Helpers.
