Who Is Rob Lucente?

Rob has experienced working in the corporate world – but it was not long until he knew he wanted to go out on his own. Currently, he holds leadership positions at companies in his portfolio. Above all else, Rob loves employing and mentoring others. He is motivated by engaging, promoting, and growing people – and this people-first mindset led him to quickly connect with wellness franchise Beem Light Sauna. As an owner of Beem, Rob is excited to grow his portfolio and continue building wealth that has an impact. 

Why Did Rob Make a Career Change?

When Rob came to us at FranCoach, he knew he wanted a flexible franchise ownership model that would allow him to work on his franchise in a semi-absentee capacity. This part-time role will allow Rob to deploy his people – he will mentor and train the individuals who will work in his business on the day-to-day level, providing strong opportunities for employment and growth. 

Rob’s location in the central Ohio area proved to be a perfect match for Beem Light Sauna. With plenty of territory available Rob scooped up three locations so that he could corner the market and gain a competitive edge with his new business.
