New Franchisee Giving Back to New Jersey Community
onWe are excited to announce the newest owner of Senior Helpers: Paulette Stewart. A first-time entrepreneur, Paulette is committed to giving back to her local community.
Who Is Paulette Stewart?
Paulette Stewart and her husband, Barrington, live in New Jersey with their eight-year-old son. Before looking into franchise ownership, Paulette had worked as a program director in the health services industry. She holds an MBA in business administration. .
Why Did Paulette Make a Career Change?
Now that her son is getting older, Paulette was looking to rejoin the workforce with a position that would allow her the flexibility to maximize time with her family while still building a legacy for all of them to benefit from. She wanted the chance to create something for herself instead of spending her days at a nine-to-five job building wealth for someone else.
Knowing she wanted to own a business but unsure where to start, Paulette came to FranCoach. She worked with franchise coach Jess Bean to learn more about the various franchise options available and to find one that aligned with her unique goals, values, and preferences. In terms of industry, Paulette kept an open mind – but her heart for getting involved in her community and helping people quickly pointed to Senior Helpers as a perfect match.

Why Will Paulette Make a Great Franchise Owner?
Throughout the franchise Discovery Process, Paulette and Jess worked closely together to ensure Paulette received all of the support and guidance she wanted along the way. Here is what Jess has to say about why Paulette will make such an amazing Senior Helpers owner:
“Paulette truly has a heart for people. She is always going to make a people-minded decision in every aspect of her business. If something is not people-focused and is not good for her community, then she simply is not going to do it. As an owner, I have no doubt that Paulette will make a positive impact not only on her clients but also on her caregivers and staff.”
Why Did Paulette Choose Senior Helpers?
Senior Helpers is one of the leading brands in the senior care industry, offering a proven, highly scalable model that has helped many franchisees succeed – in a big way. The business pairs an opportunity to make a difference in the community with strong revenue potential and a long history of success.
After attending a virtual Meet the Team Day with Senior Helpers, where she worked closely with VP of Franchise Development Rob Cantrell, Paulette knew she was in the right place. Her personal experience with her own aging parents inspired her to want to give back to people in the same situation – and she saw Senior Helpers as the perfect opportunity to support older adults in her community and help them remain in their homes in the later stages of life. Now, she cannot wait to launch her new business.
Speaking with Jess a few days ago, Paulette commented that she is so grateful to have had FranCoach as an ally throughout this process. “I cannot imagine having done this alone,” she said, referencing the expert guidance and support that coaches like Jess provide.
Please join our team at FranCoach in congratulating Paulette Stewart and wishing her luck as a new owner of Senior Helpers. We cannot wait to see her succeed!
