Military Veteran and Oil-Industry Veteran Finds His Ideal Franchise: Tim Hendricks

Who Is Tim Hendricks?

A marine veteran and former oil-industry operations installation manager for more than 30 years, Tim is a recent retiree, who was looking for a new business opportunity. 

Tim currently lives in Leander, Texas (a suburb of Austin) with his wife Laman who is a competitive gymnast and dance instructor. The couple have six children together, ranging in age from 11 to 43. When not spending time with their family, Tim and Laman love to travel.   

Why Did Tim Hendricks Make a Career Change?

After spending most of his adult life working, Tim found that retirement left him with more idle time than he wanted. Before long, Tim had begun looking for something constructive to do each day, something that would let him put his considerable knowledge and skills to good use. 

But Tim wasn’t just looking for something to keep him busy; he also wanted to maintain his family’s current lifestyle and have the chance to build even more financial security. Ideally, Tim wanted to build a legacy for his children and potentially create a thriving business he could hand over to one of them.

A hard worker with great people skills, Tim has an array of traits – including many that are rare to find in a single person – that are sure to help him achieve success. For example, Tim is a demanding leader who doesn’t tolerate a lot of nonsense, but at the same time, he’s very approachable, sincere, patient, and caring.

And despite all of the success he’s enjoyed over the course of his career, Tim is always striving to find ways to grow.
