FranCoach is excited to announce that J. Herzog and C. Cummings are opening CareBuilders at Home in Hutto, Texas, serving the greater Austin area. They found their fit with FranCoach coach Graham Chapman. And in a week they’ll never forget, they got married the same week they signed their franchise agreement.
A Strategist and a Nurse
Herzog already runs his own pressure and soft washing business. He holds a bachelor’s in accounting and a master’s degree, with deep experience in accounting, HR, operations and process automation. Cummings is a nurse who brings direct healthcare experience. He sees himself as the strategist and systems builder; she shines at execution once the plan is set.
Building Something That Lasts
After years of “putting in the work for others,” Herzog wanted control and stability. He was looking for a business built on real need, consistency and recurring revenue, one he could grow and eventually expand into more brands.
He also wanted a legacy. Faith is central to who he is, and he wants to build a culture grounded in integrity and fairness, where employees are treated well and share in the success.

Graham Chapman is a Certified Franchise Executive who knows franchising from every angle. He also serves on the leadership team of the IFA’s Supplier Forum Advisory Board.
A former college baseball player at Davidson College, Graham brings that same discipline and energy to every client. Off the clock, he’s an amateur drummer, a kazoo enthusiast, and the keeper of a small backyard petting zoo of chickens, ducks and more.
