“I’m Absolutely Done Working for Somebody Else”: B. Bevans Opens Two CareBuilders at Home Territories in Northern Virginia
on
FranCoach is thrilled to announce that B. Bevans is opening two CareBuilders at Home territories in Fairfax and Ashburn/Leesburg, Virginia. She worked with FranCoach coach Steve Nilssen to get there.
From Existing to Owning
Bevans lives in Manassas, Virginia, by way of New York, and she’s a mom of three. She works fully remote as a systems analyst and AI security engineer. Before IT, she spent about 15 years as a web designer, and early in her career she was a top seller at Banana Republic.
But she was ready for more. “I’ve just been existing,” she said. “I’m absolutely done working for somebody else.” She wanted the freedom to be her own boss, lead her own team and create jobs in her community, with a goal of 10 or more staff. She had been researching top franchise lists on her own before reaching out to FranCoach for help making sense of it all.
Why Senior Care Is Personal
Bevans was raised by both sets of her grandparents. “I can convince people that I can love and take care of their seniors just as much as they will,” she said. She also loved CareBuilders’ recurring revenue model and the fact that corporate handles the back office, including payroll and billing. “Since the first meeting, it just clicked.”
A Standout Candidate
Once she was in, she was all in. CareBuilders told FranCoach her assessment score was the second highest they had ever seen. After Discovery Day, the founders told her she was the best candidate they had ever met, and even mentioned she could be their Rookie of the Year. She has been invited to the CareBuilders conference this October.
“B. Bevans has the heart for this business and the drive to back it up. Once CareBuilders clicked for her, she didn’t slow down for anything, and the franchisor saw the same thing I did. She told me, ‘I need to be the face of this, and I need to make relationships,’ and that’s exactly what this model needs. I’d bet on her.”

About CareBuilders at Home
CareBuilders at Home brings more than 40 years of home care experience. Its roots go back to Tender Loving Care, founded by brothers David and Stephen Savitsky, which grew into one of the largest home care providers in the U.S. Today the brand is part of ATC Healthcare Services and is based in Lake Success, New York. What sets it apart is complete back-office support: corporate handles payroll and billing, so owners can focus on clients, caregivers and community relationships.
