Husband and Wife Build Franchise Relationship With Archadeck

Mark Salazar had experienced nothing but success in his life. Mark had been an Army officer, completed multiple engineering degrees, achieved a great corporate career that included several director level roles, and a happy marriage and family. However, Mark found himself at a crossroads professionally. The corporate world had become more difficult to sustain and while in search for another job, Mark and his wife Cinda began exploring franchise ownership opportunities.
The Salazars worked closely with the FranCoach team to create their ideal scenario of working side-by-side in a franchise together. The two vetted out several franchises, each providing potential, but ultimately only one combined their skill sets perfectly. The franchise vetting process coincided with Mark deciding his time in the corporate world needed to be a thing of the past. The only thing left was for the Salazars to attend Discovery Day.
Discovery Day solidified their belief that franchise ownership was their path, and Archadeck was the brand for them. Archadeck is the world’s largest custom design builder of custom decks, screened porches, open porches, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, hardscapes, and other outdoor living spaces. Archadeck, part of Outdoor Living Brands, loved the Salazars passion for building a huge business in the booming north Atlanta market.
