Who Is Shanthy Vinjimoor?
A resident of Kansas, Shanthy lives with her husband and children. Her career has taken her throughout the world of information technology, or IT – and she even started her own IT services company that she operated from her home. As her children are growing older, however, Shanthy is looking for a new challenge. With 25 years in the IT space behind her, she is ready to pursue a fresh path that will be intellectually stimulating and financially rewarding.
Why Did Shanthy Make a Career Change?
Although Shanthy enjoyed many aspects of her career in IT, she was growing bored with the monotonous work in that sector. As an experienced startup owner, she understood the flexibility and control that business ownership can provide – and she saw franchising as a path to achieve success with a proven plan and a strong support system.
