From IFPG Retreat to “I Do”: Tim & Danielle’s Franchise Love Story

When you think about what can happen at an IFPG Retreat, you probably imagine networking, new partnerships, and some good laughs. What you might not expect? A love story.
At the 2018 IFPG Retreat, Tim Parmeter met Danielle Wright. According to Tim, Danielle “stalked” him relentlessly until he finally gave in to a first date (Danielle swears she remembers it differently). She also insists she only fell for him once he lost the hair!
The story came full circle in 2021, when Tim and Danielle tied the knot at the Margaritaville Hotel—the very place they first met. Guests at the hotel shouted and cheered from their balconies as the two said “I do,” creating a one-of-a-kind retreat kickoff no one could forget.
Fast-forward to today: the pair have teamed up to lead FranCoach with a “made-with-love” approach. Tim founded the company, but Danielle brings her years of franchisor-side experience (and, perhaps more importantly, her patience in dealing with Tim). Together, they’ve built not just a business, but a partnership that’s stronger—and funnier—than ever.
After all, who says franchising can’t be romantic?
