FranCoach is proud to announce that we have added a new franchise coach to our team. Alison Auffrey hails from California, where she has nearly two decades of experience working in sales in the elevator industry.
From maintenance to modernization, Alison’s career experience has allowed her to work with a diverse range of individuals. She holds an undergraduate degree in psychology and an MBA from the University of Southern California. With her wealth of professional and educational experience, Alison is well-equipped to focus her efforts on helping aspiring franchise owners take their first steps toward entrepreneurship.
As she embarks on this next chapter of her career, Alison is excited to channel her passion for psychology and her dedication to helping people. She loves match-making between her clients and the brands in the FranCoach inventory to find the right option for each individual. She thrives on listening to and getting to know her clients deeply and is looking forward to building long-term relationships with the people she supports in their franchising journey.
