We are excited to announce the newest owner of The Designery: Amanda Burr. A resident of South Florida, Amanda is passionate about problem solving and creative pursuits – and she cannot wait to apply these skills to her new venture.  

Who Is Amanda Burr?

Amanda has enjoyed a rewarding career in the corporate world working in the global enablement space. Her prior jobs have allowed her to support employees, consult, and develop strong teams. When Amanda is presented with a problem, she takes pleasure in the challenge of finding innovative solutions, and she loves helping to develop her team’s talent. 

Outside of work, Amanda has two young children. This mom is ready to take on a new adventure working for herself – on her own terms. 

Why Did Amanda Make a Career Change?

Amanda describes herself as an “all-in kind of person who doesn’t do anything halfway.” While she loved many aspects of her corporate job, she was growing tired of going “all-in” on a business that she did not own. As she looked to make a pivot in her career, Amanda saw franchise ownership as a pathway to getting back in the driver’s seat and owning all of the outcomes she worked so hard to create. 

As Amanda began researching the numerous franchising options available, she realized that expert guidance from FranCoach would help her gain a clearer picture of the right fit for her unique needs and goals.
