Who Is Charlotte Jones?

Charlotte is an HR professional with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. 

During this time, she has collaborated with cross-functional teams around the world to help build and implement strategies and programs relating to change management, diversity, and talent acquisition. She has also served as a mentor, coach, and panelist in the course of her work, and she’s established herself as a thought leader in the HR space. 

Charlotte lives with her husband, Bryan, the couple’s 17-year-old daughter, and her mother in Kissimmee, Florida.

Why Did Charlotte Jones Want to Own a Franchise?

Charlotte, along with her husband, Bryan, wanted to take more control over their financial future. But she knew it would take a few years time to completely step away from her 9-to-5, so she wanted to build a separate income stream to help facilitate the change. 

Becoming a franchise owner seemed like the perfect way to do this, so she began researching some of the options available and eventually reached out to the FranCoach team for guidance.
