Brothers to form Dynamic Duo with FocalPoint

Greg Pilewski spent the last 20 years in the corporate world, while Jerry Pilewski spent the last 20 in Naval Command. Both wanted to transition out of those careers into business ownership but were unsure of how to do so.
The Transition to Business Ownership
After connecting with FranCoach, the brothers worked to determine their ideal owner role, the type of customers they wanted, and how all of that would align with their desire to make a positive impact in the community. Greg and Jerry vetted 3 different franchisers. Two of the three were strong potential fits, but as they continued through the Discovery Process, the path to ownership became clear.
