Air Force Vet Set to Become Franchise Owner

After seven years in the Air Force, Brandon Rossi was no stranger to hard work, discipline and he was well aware of the importance of following a plan. These are three of the most important traits in a franchise owner which led Brandon to begin exploring franchise options.
Brandon then found the Franchising 101 Podcast and instantly connected with the FranCoach team. The FranCoach process uncovered options that were vastly different than what Brandon had found on his own but one of these new franchise opportunities gained immediate interest.
Having spent time as a real estate investor and realtor, Brandon knew the importance of a high-quality home service business. The chance to build a team of his own and have great support from the franchisor was imperative. Brandon also wanted the ability to scale with multiple locations or even multiple brands.
All these things combined led to the match of Brandon and The Ground Guys and their parent company Neighborly.
The Grounds Guys provide commercial, residential, and municipal property maintenance and landscaping services; snow removal services (depending on location); junk, trash, and debris removal; landscape design; horticultural services, namely, sod installation, lawn and vegetation fertilization and treatment; and other related services and products.
Brandon is on target to be open for business early this summer in the Tampa, FL market. Congrats to Brandon and The Grounds Guys!
